• Financial and transaction information: orders, trades, balances, custody activity, deposits, withdrawals, fees, staking activity, rewards, and blockchain transaction identifiers.
• Device and technical information: app version, device and operating-system information, IP address, network and diagnostic logs, crash data, and security events.
• Support information: support requests, messages, and attachments you choose to submit.

2. How we use information

• Authenticate users and maintain account and wallet connections.
• Process and display orders, transactions, custody activity, deposits, withdrawals, rewards, and balances.
• Protect accounts, prevent fraud and abuse, investigate incidents, and enforce service rules.
• Provide support, service notices, diagnostics, and application updates.
• Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, accounting, and record-keeping obligations.

3. How information is shared

We may share information only as needed with infrastructure, security, wallet-connectivity, blockchain, analytics, support, and professional service providers; with authorities when legally required; or as part of a corporate reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.

Public blockchain transactions may be visible to anyone and cannot be removed or altered by Feather Exchange. We do not sell personal information.

4. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your device, wallet credentials, multi-factor authentication codes, and recovery information.

5. Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, protect users, and meet legal or regulatory duties. Financial, transaction, security, and compliance records may be retained after account deletion when required by law or reasonably necessary for those purposes. Public blockchain data cannot be deleted.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of certain personal information. You can disconnect your wallet in the app and manage some profile and security settings directly.

7. International processing

Our service providers and infrastructure may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

8. Age requirement

Feather Exchange is intended for adults aged 18 or older and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review the matter.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
